American Predator Corporation Introduces the Hunter Industrial™, a Pentium® Processor Based Industrial Motherboard

MORGAN HILL , California (1995) ---- American Predator Corporation (APC) has released the preliminary design of the Hunter Industrial™. The Hunter Industrial is a high performance Intel® Pentium® processor based industrial motherboard.

The Hunter Industrial features an on-board built-in I/O controller including two serial ports, one parallel port, dual floppy controller, dual channel PCI 32-bit EIDE interface and one PS/2 mouse connector. It also offers expandability of seven 16-bit ISA slots. Its standard configuration incorporates 256KB of direct-mapped asynchronous secondary cache memory. It also features AMI WinBIOS plug & play with an option for Flash BIOS. The Hunter Industrial can be configured to accommodate all speeds up to 233MHz, using any of the following specific microprocessors:

  • Intel® Pentium® processor
  • AMD™ K5
  • Cyrix™ 6x86 (M1)
