MORGAN HILL, California (12/20/05) ---- American Predator Corporation today announced that Standards American Registrations Authority Registrar (SARA) has completed an annual certification audit of the company's ISO 9001:2000 process and documentation. This audit, along with regular surveillance from SARA determined that American Predator has met the expectations of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, resulting in a renewal of the company's 9001:2000 certification.
SARA's extensive audit included a number of positive observations, including a statement by SARA Lead Auditor, Tony Lee that referred to American Predator's quality system as "excellent in terms of documentation and implementation" and that the company has "a good control of documents". Additional results concluded that American Predator has a "good system to keep track of customer property."
In order to determine the overall quality rating of American Predator, SARA paid individual focus to each department within the company, noting the level of quality for each. This research concluded that American Predator's management team is "very committed" to the ISO program, Human Resources is "very good at record keeping and tracking" and the company's production staff is "very knowledgeable" regarding their work.
SARA also audited the quality of American Predator's equipment maintenance, noting that the process was "very effective".
"The fact that we were able to keep the certification without any non-conformities for a second time confirms our team's commitment to keep this organization improving and striving for the best," said Ana Rudloff, Quality Assurance & Document Control Coordinator at American Predator.
