FORMER INTEL EMBEDDED INDUSTRY VETERAN JOINS AMERICAN PREDATOR CORPORATION AS VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

AMERICAN PREDATOR CORPORATION OPENS OFFICE IN PORTLAND, OREGON AREA

MORGAN HILL, California (01/10/07) ---- American Predator Corporation today announced that former Intel Embedded Industry veteran Thomas Krueger joined the company as Vice President of Business Development. Krueger had previously held Strategic Alliance and Marketing roles in the Embedded and Communications Infrastructure Groups with Intel Corporation for the last seven years.

Additionally American Predator announced they have opened an office in Lake Oswego in the Portland, Oregon area to serve the Pacific Northwest.

About Thomas Krueger

Mr. Krueger joined American Predator Corporation in January 2007 as Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining American Predator, Mr. Krueger held various strategic and customer management roles with Intel Corporation. He worked in the Embedded Intel Architecture Division and was a Strategic Alliance Manager for the Intel?Communications Alliance in the Communications Infrastructure Group. Most recently, Mr. Krueger was responsible for all internal marketing and business development for Industry Leadership Programs group where he concentrated on enabling the Intel field sales organization. Prior to his seven years with Intel, Mr. Krueger was Director of National Sales for Seminarsouce.com in San Diego, CA.

Mr. Krueger holds a BS in Business Administration from Cal Poly, Pomona and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
